Getting started
What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a SIM card built into your phone. Nothing gets shipped — your eSIM profile is pushed straight to your phone, you tap the notification to install it, and your line activates, usually in a few minutes.
Does my phone work with Perch?
Your phone needs eSIM support and must be certified on the network we use. During sign-up we try to detect your phone, and you can pick it from a list if we get it wrong.
Why do you ask for my IMEI?
The IMEI is your phone's serial number. We check it so we can be certain your exact device will work before we issue your eSIM.
Number Share (Apple Watch)
Number Share is a cellular carrier service that lets your cellular-enabled Apple Watch share the exact same mobile phone number as your paired iPhone.
Your number
Can I keep my current number?
Yes. Choose "port my existing number" at checkout and enter the 10-digit number. Keep your old service active until the transfer finishes.
How long does porting take?
Most transfers finish within a few hours. Some carriers take up to two business days.
Does my phone need to be unlocked?
Yes. If you're not sure, our guide walks through checking with the ten largest US carriers.
Billing
Is there a contract?
Every plan is a 12-month term. You can bill it monthly or pay for the year upfront and save.
How do I sign in?
With your email and a one-time code we send you. No password to remember.
Are taxes and fees included?
Your plan price is what you pay each month. Applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment.
